Account and profile: while your account is open, then up to 12 months, so it can be restored and disputes resolved.
Projects, messages and files: for the life of the project, then up to 24 months. IP and dispute questions surface after delivery.
Transaction records: for the period tax and financial record-keeping law requires. This is longer than the periods above and we cannot shorten it on request.
Support correspondence: up to 24 months.
Records of a rules breach: retained where needed to prevent the same person returning.

At the end of a retention period, data is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
